We want you to be fully satisfied with your Tervionex purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day return process. Please read the details below carefully.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must have been purchased directly from khiphloxrymraxiu.world.
- The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- No more than one-third (1/3) of the product contents may have been used.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) must be provided.
Products that are returned without original packaging, significantly used, damaged due to misuse, or purchased from an unauthorized reseller are not eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items purchased during promotional bundles (unless the entire bundle is returned).
- Items damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling by the customer.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with shipping instructions within 3 business days.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the authorization.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome of the refund review. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- If the refund does not appear in your account after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us, as processing times may vary.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund including original shipping costs at no additional charge to you.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at infocenter-@khiphloxrymraxiu.world or +1 (239) 274-1299. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow the standard return process.
